We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend or month-end moves. However, we can often accommodate short notice jobs - feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Yes, as long as the furniture is designed to be taken apart and it is agreed beforehand. Flat-pack items can be dismantled, but please note they may not retain their original rigidity after reassembly.
Light clothing in drawers is usually fine to stay in place, but heavy or loose items should be packed separately. Wardrobes should be emptied unless we are providing wardrobe cartons.
Yes. We supply strong boxes, bubble wrap, tape and specialist cartons - or we can pack everything for you as part of our full packing service.
We are based in Peterborough and cover Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas daily. Long distance and international moves are also available - just tell us where you're heading.
Yes. All moves include goods-in-transit cover up to £10,000 per vehicle. If you require higher protection for valuable or specialist items, please inform us before booking.
Ideally yes, to answer any questions and confirm what needs moving. If you cannot be there, please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made.
If we arrive and access is delayed due to key release, waiting time will be charged hourly. We will always be upfront about this beforehand.
Yes - our house clearance service can remove unwanted furniture or belongings before or after your move. Just let us know what needs taking.
Absolutely. We can collect your belongings, place them into secure storage, and deliver them when you're ready.
